Manhattan 
3 dashes of Bewitching Bitters Classic
2 oz bourbon or rye
1 oz sweet vermouth
Instructions:
Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry—our favorite is Bada Bing! cherries by Tillen Farms.
